Amazing Kodachrome color slides of the captured Ju 290 A-7 on display at Wright Field in the USA in 1946. The camouflage pattern on the fuselage and wings is well visible. The fuselage sides appear to be black, while the top of the fuselage and the wings featured two green tones. More about the story of Junkers Ju 290 Stammkennzeichen PI+PS can be found in a very interesting article by Neil Page: http://falkeeins.blogspot.com/2011/02/how-celebrated-junkers-ju-290-alles.html
